You are responsible for actions, outputs, and decisions made while using Clawdia. By using the app, you agree that Clawdia and its creators are not liable for consequences resulting from how the software is used.

2. Data & Storage

Clawdia runs locally on your computer. We do not collect user data, and we do not own or operate servers that store your personal Clawdia content. Your data stays locally on your computer.

3. ACP & API Providers

Clawdia may connect to third-party AI providers through ACP or direct APIs to fulfill requests you initiate. Any data sent to those providers is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
